CHAPTER V MISCELLANEOUS
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie
against the Commission, the Central Vigilance Commissioner,
any Vigilance Commissioner, the Secretary or against any
staff of the Commission in respect of anything which is in
good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
The Central Vigilance Commissioner, every Vigilance Commissioner, the Secretary and every staff of the Commission shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
