Steps to Apply for Birth Certificate online in Jharkhand
Step 1 Visit the Certificate link of Website of Jharsewa Jharkhand
The following menu will open
Step 2: If you are not registered with the Website Click on Register Yourself
The following Menu will open
Step 3: Fill Required information
Full Name: Enter your full Name
Email Id: Enter your Email ID
Mobile No: Enter your Mobile phone Number
Password: Enter a New Password
State: Select State from the List
Captcha : Enter security Code showing on the Screen
Step 4: Click on Validate
Step 5: Follow process and Complete Registration Process. Now you will receive your login name and password online.
Step 6: Go to home page of the Website
Step 7: Click on Login
The following Menu will appear
Step 8: Enter Email ID, Password, User Type and Security Code and Click on Login
Step 9: Click on Apply for Services then View Services
The following Menu will appear
Step 10: Click on Issue of Birth Certificate
Now online form will appear on the Screen
Step 11: Fill required information
Applicant Details : Fill Gender, Mobile Number, Name, Date of Birth and Application by etc
Present Address: Fill Address, Country etc
Child Details: Name, Gender, Weight, Date of Birth, Religion etc
Place of Birth: Hospital or other, Address, Country, State, District, Sub-division, Post office, Police Station, Location, PIN Code etc
Father Details: Name, Qualification and Occupation
Mother Details: Name, Qualification and Occupation
Mother's Residing Address: Address and Country
Address of Parents at the time of Birth: Address, Age of mother at the time of Marriage, Age of Mother at the time of delivery etc
Permanent Address: Fill permanent address
Consent for sharing contact details : Click on Yes
Additional Details: Enter Application Reference No, Registration No, Serial No (if available) and Application received on date
Word Verification: Enter Security Code showing on the Screen
Step 12: Click on Submit
Now the form filled by you will be displayed on the screen. You may verify it.
Step 13: Copy the Application Reference Number
Step 14: Click on Attach Annexure and Attach Oath Documents from Parents and Type Reference Number after date column
Step 15: Click on Save Annexure
Step 16: Click on Make Payment. Enter Receipt Number and date and Make Payment
Now the Acknowledgement slip will be displayed on the Screen. Now you can print it or export to PDF file.
2. Check application online and download Birth Certificate
Step 1: Go to Login Menu of the Website
The following Menu will appear
Step 2: Enter Email ID, Password, User Type and Security Code and Click on Login
Step 3: Click on View Status of Applications
Step 4: Click on the Link of application you submitted
Now your application status will be displayed on the Screen. You can view the certificate by clicking on the Application Number Link. You can check whether your application is approved or rejected by clicking on the Approved / Rejected Applications Link.
