Steps to pay traffic fine online through Virtual Court in India
Step 1: Visit the website of Virtual Court https://vcourts.gov.in/virtualcourt/index.php
The following Menu will open
Step 2: Select your state / department from the list
Step 3: Click on Proceed Now
The following Menu will open
Step 4: Choose option for search (Mobile Number, CNR Number, Party Name or Challan/ Vehicle No)
Step 5: Enter Mobile Number or CNR Number or Party Name or Challan/ Vehicle No, Captcha Code and Click on Submit
Now the list of records will be displayed on the Screen
Step 6: Click on View (at the right corner)
The following menu will open
Step 7: Chose one of the option
If you want to pay the fine, click on I wish to pay the proposed fine and make online payment
If you wish to contest the case, click on I wish to contest the case. The case will be transferred to the court.
If you want to pay fine after verifying the vehicle details, click on My name or mobile number is correct. I wish to pay the fine by verifying Engine No and Chassis No.
If your Name or Mobile Number is incorrect and wish to Contest the case after verifying the vehicle details, please click on My name or mobile number is incorrect. I wish to contest the case by verifying Engine No and Chassis No.
