Father Name : Enter First 3 Letters of Father name in Capital Letters

Birth Place: Select Birth Place from the List
Step 5: Enter Captcha Code showing on the Screen
Step 6: Click on Search
Now birth certificate status of child will be displayed on the Screen. If it is ready you can view and download it.
