Death Date: Fill date of death of the deceased
Gender: Select Gender from the List
Deceased Name : Enter First 3 Letters of Deceased name in Capital Letters
Father Name : Enter First 3 Letters of Father name in Capital Letters
Death Place: Select Death Place from the List
Step 5: Enter Captcha Code showing on the Screen
Step 6: Click on Search
Now Death certificate status of the deceased will be displayed on the Screen. If it is ready you can view and download it.
