Now a New page with the following Menu will open
Step III: Enter required information and click on Display

Enter Case No
Select Year of Case
Enter Digital Code shown on the screen
Click on Display
Now your case status with Case number, Petitioner and Respondent Details, Court Number, Last date of hearing and orders / Judgments etc will be displayed on the screen. You can download and take printout of the orders.
2. Petitioner / Respondent Name Case Search
Enter Petitioner / Respondent Name in Full
Select Year of Case
Enter Digital Code shown on the screen
Click on Display
Now your case status will display on the screen
3. Advocate Name Wise Case Search
Enter full name of Advocate
Select Year of Case
Enter Digital Code shown on the screen
Click on Display
Now your case status will display on the screen
4. Dairy No Wise (Main Case) Search
Enter Dairy Number of your Case
Select Year of Case
Enter Digital Code shown on the screen
Click on Display
Now your case status will display on the screen

Steps to search case history with Delhi High Court
Step I: Visit the Website of Delhi High Court http://delhihighcourt.nic.in/
Home page of the website with the following menu will open
Step II: Click on Case History
Step III : Select Option for Search
Case wise, Party Name wise, Advocate Name Wise, FIR No Wise, Impugned Order Wise.
1. Case Wise search of Case history
Click on Case Wise option
A New Page with the following Menu will Open
Case Type: Select Case Type from the List
Case Number: Enter Case Number
Year: Select Case Year
Enter the Validation Code
Click on Submit
Now the case history with Case Number, Date of Filing, Date of Register, Case Status, Date Wise progress of case and link to the daily orders will be displayed on the screen. You can download and take printout of the information.
2. Party Name Wise Case History Search
Click on Party Name Wise option
A New Page with the following Menu will Open
Name: Type Name of Party
Match: Select Match (Exact or Part of Name or Starting with)
PET/RES: Select Petitioner or Respondent
Year From: Select Year from
Year To: Select Year To
Enter the Validation Code
Click on Submit
Now the case history will be displayed on the Screen
3. Advocate Name Wise Case history Search
Click on Advocate Name Wise option
A New Page with the following Menu will Open
Name String: Type Name of Advocate
Match: Select Match (Exact or Part of Name or Starting with)
Year From: Select Year From
Year To : Select Year To
Enter the Validation Code
Click on Submit
Now the case history will be displayed on the Screen
4. FIR Number Wise Case history Search
Click on FIR No Wise option
A New Page with the following Menu will Open
Police Station Name: Select Police Station from the List
Number: Type FIR Number
Year: Select Year of FIR from the List
Enter the Validation Code: Enter the code shown on the Screen
Submit: Click on Submit
Now the case history will be displayed on the Screen
5. Impugned Order Wise Case history Search
Click on Impugned Order Wise option
A New Page with the following Menu will Open
Case Type: Type Case Type
Case Number: Enter Case Number
Case Year: Select Case Year from the List
Date of Decision: Type Date of Decision
Filing Date in High Court: Type Date From to Date To
Enter the Validation Code
Click on Submit
Now the case history will be displayed on the Screen
