Current Criminal-Procedure Law: BNSS 2023

The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) has been in force from 1 July 2024 as the current criminal-procedure framework for new proceedings, subject to saving and transitional provisions.
